Shopping with Fixsia is quick and easy. Simply browse our collection, add your favorite products to your cart, and proceed to our secure checkout. Once your payment is completed, you'll receive an email confirming your order.


2. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order enters processing. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


3. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After your purchase is completed, we'll send a confirmation email containing your order details. If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

4. Where do you ship?

Fixsia currently ships only within the United States.


5. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We're currently focused on serving customers across the United States. If we expand our shipping destinations in the future, we'll update our website accordingly.


6. Is shipping free?

Yes. We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on every order delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required, and there are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.


7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders follow the timeline below:

Shipping Transit

  • Approximately 6–9 business days

Estimated Delivery

  • Most customers receive their orders within 7–12 business days.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


8. How can I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use that tracking number to check the latest shipping status directly through the carrier's tracking page.

Returns & Refunds

11. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories and components.

12. Is there a restocking fee?

No.

Fixsia does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.


13. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning approved items.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing your request, we'll work with you to determine the most appropriate solution based on the circumstances.


14. When will I receive my refund?

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
