Refund policy

At Fixsia, we're committed to providing quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before requesting a return.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Requests submitted after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in brand-new condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, labels, and original parts.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Products that have been installed, altered, damaged after delivery, or show signs of use cannot be accepted.


3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer

4. How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact our support team for return approval.

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your request has been reviewed, we'll send you the return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of return shipping for approved returns.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Fixsia is not responsible for packages lost or damaged while being returned.

Please do not return any item until you receive return authorization and shipping instructions from our support team.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging

After reviewing your claim, we'll determine the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.


7. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


8. Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Exchanges may be requested for:

  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items
  • Damaged products
  • Size, color, or product variant changes (when available)

Please contact our support team before sending any item for exchange.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return if it meets the requirements outlined in this policy.


10. Restocking Fee

Fixsia does not charge any restocking fees.

Approved returns are processed with a $0.00 restocking fee.


11. Return Address

Approved returns should only be shipped to the return address provided by our support team during the return authorization process.

Please do not send products back without receiving approval, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
